  1. Command Name : Assign

  3. Function : Assign a device name to a directory
  4.  
  5. Arguments : [<name>:{dir}]

  7. Location : C directory

  9. Please read the section on devices for more information.  Assign lets you
  10. give drawers names as though they were volumes (disks).  Assign is useful
  11. if you run out of disk space for Workbench.  You could move your entire C:
  12. directory to a disk called Commands: then delete the original.  Once done, 
  13. you could use the command "Assign C: Commands:C/"  now whenever Workbench 
  14. needs to acess the C directory it will ask for the Commands: disk.  All
  15. device names must be one or more letters long and end with a colon.
